Maintenance Associate
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITES:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or their designee, the incumbent performs semi-skilled and unskilled maintenance tasks. Duties will include, but are not limited to, routine activities such as buildings and grounds maintenance/cleaning, operation and basic maintenance of equipment such as string trimmers and mowers, landscaping, upkeep of roads and paths, loading/unloading vehicles, and event set-up and take-down. The selected candidate may also perform semi-skilled tasks such as painting and other light building maintenance projects.
